A LIFE OF SERVICE · MARKED BY TRANSFORMATION
Tim Taylor is a retired Navy Commander, a bishop, apostolic strategist, author, trainer, and a catalytic leader. He equips leaders to discern the objective, build the right team, and turn God-given vision into measurable fruit.

During Operation Desert Storm, while serving on the staff of a United States Navy admiral, Tim recognized that many strategic principles taught in military war colleges were rooted in timeless biblical truth.
The realization became an assignment: translate proven principles of leadership, planning, teamwork, and execution into practical tools for the Church, the marketplace, and communities.

“Visions and dreams often remain just that, until faith motivated by love is put into action, informed by God’s wisdom.”
Tim’s leadership journey spans military service, corporate leadership, apostolic ministry, and international missions. Each arena strengthened the same conviction: clear objectives, covenant relationships, disciplined teams, and faithful execution change outcomes.
Military service developed Tim’s ability to assess conditions honestly, identify the mission, organize people around a plan, and adapt without losing the objective.
Since 1992, Tim has worked across denominational, cultural, professional, and national lines to help leaders build sustainable movements of prayer, unity, and action.
Books, training, coaching, consulting, and speaking place practical biblical tools in the hands of people responsible for churches, organizations, businesses, and cities.
Tim does not offer inspiration without implementation. He helps leaders see their present reality, discern God’s strategy, build the relationships and systems the assignment requires, and measure what is actually changing.
